## How to use it in 3 steps

1. Make a copy (File > Make a copy) and open the Accounts tab.
2. Paste your target companies: a name is enough, a website is better.

### What is a target account list in ABM?

It is the short list of companies your sales and marketing teams agree to go after together. Each account is qualified with firmographics (industry, size, location), signals such as hiring or tech stack, and the people to reach, then ranked by tier so the best fits get the most attention.

### Is this template really free?

Yes. The template is free, with no signup and no credit card: click “Copy the template”, Google asks you to make a copy and the file becomes yours, in your own Drive.

### Do I need Derrick to use it?

No. The template works on its own: you can fill every column by hand, and the dropdowns work without installing anything. Derrick is there to fill the 8 blue columns automatically instead of you looking up each data point.

### How much does it cost to fill the blue columns?

Each feature has its own credit cost, shown on its page (for example 5 credits per email found with Email Finder). Derrick's free plan gives you 100 credits every month, no credit card, enough to test it on your first rows.

### Can I use the template in Excel?

Yes. In Google Sheets, go to File > Download > Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). Columns, example rows and dropdowns come along. To fill the blue columns outside Sheets, import the list as a CSV in the Derrick web app.

### Can I add or rename columns?

Yes, the copy is yours. Add your own columns on the right and rename the ones that do not fit. Just keep one input per row (name and company, LinkedIn URL or website) so Derrick knows what to look up.
