## How it works

1. **You email us.** Write to contact@derrick-app.com with the subject “Partner”. Tell us who you are and who you recommend Derrick to.
2. **We send your kit.** Your partner code, your link and the client guide, ready to share.
3. **You share, you get paid.** Your clients sign up with your code. Every month, you get your share of what they pay.

## Your rate grows tranche by tranche

Like income tax: each rate only applies to its own tranche of what your clients pay each month.

**Example.** Your clients pay €600 / month: 20% × €500 + 25% × €100 = €125. Not 25% × €600: only the €100 above €500 is at 25%.

- **For life.** On every payment, for as long as your client pays.
- **On what is actually paid.** Excluding VAT. If your client changes plan, your share follows the new amount.
- **Recalculated every month.** On your active clients, on the 1st of the month.
- **Your client stays yours.** Your code is on their account: if they leave and come back, they are still attached to you.

You bring 3 Plus clients (€47.50 / month) and 1 Pro client (€175 / month) every month. Some leave along the way, at Derrick's real retention rate.

Honest note: this chart already includes churn. It uses Derrick's real retention: a client with no support pays 5.3 months on average in their first year. Clients we support ourselves pay 10 months. The way you support your clients makes the difference.

## Paid by bank transfer, every month

Why 60 days: so we only pay out money that has actually been collected. If a payment is refunded, its commission is cancelled, and taken off the next transfer if it was already paid.

## FAQ

### Who can become a partner?

LinkedIn creators, agencies, consultants and freelancers who recommend Derrick, the B2B data platform available as a web app, in Google Sheets, in AI assistants through MCP and as an API. Spots are limited during the pilot: email us with the subject “Partner”.

### How much does it cost?

Nothing. A free Derrick account is enough.

### When do I get paid?

By bank transfer once a month, 60 days after your client's payment, as soon as you have €50 accumulated.

### What happens if my client changes plan?

Your commission follows the amount actually paid: it goes up when your client moves up, down when they move down.

### Can my tier go down?

Yes, it is recalculated every month on your active clients. Nothing brutal: only the tranche above disappears, the lower tranches stay.

### Do my clients get a discount?

No price discount. They get +25% LinkedIn credits for life (coming soon).
