Clay Magouyrk is one of Oracle's two chief executive officers, promoted in September 2025 alongside Mike Sicilia. He joined Oracle in 2014 from Amazon Web Services as a founding member of the cloud engineering team, and as president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure he oversaw the design, build and commercial growth of OCI Gen2, the platform behind Oracle's hyperscale public cloud regions and its gigawatt-scale AI training data centers. He leads engineering, product strategy, technical operations and customer success for the infrastructure side of the company, and Oracle's chief financial officer reports to him.

Mike Sicilia is one of Oracle's two chief executive officers, promoted in September 2025 alongside Clay Magouyrk. He joined Oracle in 2008 through the acquisition of Primavera Systems and rose to president of Oracle Industries, where his teams rebuilt the company's industry application suites for healthcare, banking, communications, utilities, hospitality and retail around AI agents and intent-based application generation. He also ran several of Oracle's most strategic acquisitions. He holds a bachelor of science in computer science from Saint Joseph's University.
