The group services nearly 97 million policies and accounts and handles close to 11 million claims a year, about 30,000 a day. In 2025 it reported total revenue of 132.3 billion dollars, net income of 12.9 billion dollars and a net worth of 170 billion dollars, with more than 62,000 employees. Jon Farney has been president since January 2024 and chief executive officer since June 2024.
