How Derrick fills the blue columns

Every blue column maps to one Derrick feature. Run it on your rows and the column fills itself, row by row. The black columns are yours.

  • Enrich Leads Fills: Job title, Location

Reads a LinkedIn profile URL and returns the person's current job title, location and profile details. 1 credit per profile.

  • Enrich Companies Fills: Company domain, Industry, Headcount

Returns a company's website domain, industry, headcount and headquarters from its name or LinkedIn page. 1 credit per company.

  • Email Finder Fills: Work email

Finds the work email of a person from a name and a company or domain, with a multi-source lookup. 5 credits per email found.

  • Email Verification Fills: Email status

Checks whether an email address can receive mail and labels it (valid, catch-all, invalid) before you send. 1 credit per email.

  • Phone Finder Fills: Mobile phone

Finds a direct mobile number for a person from their LinkedIn profile. 200 credits per number found.

Frequently asked questions

Fill your list automatically with Derrick.

100 free credits every month, no credit card.

What should a B2B lead list include?

+
At minimum: first and last name, company, job title, a work email and a way to track status. This template adds the LinkedIn URL, the company domain, an email status, a mobile number, industry, headcount and location, so you can segment the list and personalise your message.

Is this template really free?

+
Yes. The template is free, with no signup and no credit card: click “Copy the template”, Google asks you to make a copy and the file becomes yours, in your own Drive.

Do I need Derrick to use it?

+
No. The template works on its own: you can fill every column by hand, and the dropdowns work without installing anything. Derrick is there to fill the 8 blue columns automatically instead of you looking up each data point.

How much does it cost to fill the blue columns?

+
Each feature has its own credit cost, shown on its page (for example 5 credits per email found with Email Finder). Derrick's free plan gives you 100 credits every month, no credit card, enough to test it on your first rows.

Can I use the template in Excel?

+
Yes. In Google Sheets, go to File > Download > Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). Columns, example rows and dropdowns come along. To fill the blue columns outside Sheets, import the list as a CSV in the Derrick web app.

Can I add or rename columns?

+
Yes, the copy is yours. Add your own columns on the right and rename the ones that do not fit. Just keep one input per row (name and company, LinkedIn URL or website) so Derrick knows what to look up.
