Who is the CLO of Cisco?

Dev Stahlkopf, who files with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Deborah L. Stahlkopf, is executive vice president and chief legal officer of Cisco, a role she has held since joining the company in August 2021. She spent fourteen years at Microsoft beforehand, most recently as corporate vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Corporate, External and Legal Affairs from April 2018 to July 2021, and earlier as vice president and deputy general counsel from December 2015 and associate general counsel from December 2010. Before Microsoft she practised law at Perkins Coie LLP and at Cooley Godward LLP. Her remit covers a company incorporated in Delaware, listed on Nasdaq and operating in more than fifty countries, and it has carried the legal work on an active acquisition programme that closed Galileo Technologies and Astrix Securities in fiscal 2026. She has served on the board of directors of NextEra Energy, Inc. since 2023.
