Jeff Clarke is vice chairman and chief operating officer of Dell Technologies, responsible for running day to day business operations, shaping the strategic agenda and setting priorities across the executive leadership team. He directs the Infrastructure Solutions Group and the Client Solutions Group and manages global operations including manufacturing, procurement and supply chain, and he leads planning for emerging areas such as cloud, edge, telecom and as a service. He served as chief operating officer from December 2019 to August 2021, as co chief operating officer from August 2021 to August 2023, then resumed the sole role, and he has been vice chairman since September 2017 after serving as vice chairman and president for operations and client solutions from January 2009.
