Clearbit Connect (Chrome ext), TAM Calculator, Weekly Visitor Report, free Slack integration — all discontinued April 30, 2024. The historical free tier completely removed. Breeze Intelligence requires paid HubSpot from day 1.
NO phone reveals (post-acquisition feature loss)
Old Clearbit Prospector offered phone numbers. Breeze Intelligence dropped this entirely. For phone enrichment, mandatory separate tool (Kaspr, Lusha, Scalelist).
API DEPRECATED for new buyers (enterprise only)
Clearbit Enrichment API, Logo API, Prospector API all deprecated. Logo API completely shut down December 2024. API access ONLY via enterprise HubSpot contract ($38K+/year). Massive change for dev-led teams.
Credits don't roll over (monthly expiry)
Breeze Intelligence credits reset every 30 days. Unused = lost. For irregular outbound, 25-40% of paid capacity wasted. Combined with mandatory HubSpot stack, total waste compounds.
